Our therapists work with couples to find new ways of understanding the intricacies and intimacies of fairness and appreciation of individual differences.
Our theoretical approach combines two models, the Contextual Model and Couples Institute Developmental Model. The Contextual Model incorporates assessing fairness and rebalancing the relationship. The Couples Institute’s Developmental Model highlights the value in becoming a more effective partner, and accepting responsibility for one’s own changes. We examine ways to productively dialogue about individual differences, needs and desires.
